High Quality Double Cone Three - Phase Horizontal Type Spiral Decanter Separation Centrifuge Machine
Structure Principle
Three-phase horizontal type spiral decanter separation centrifuge is mainly composed of differential gear, screw, drum, shell, frame, lubrication system and motor whose operating principle is that suspension enters into drum through feed pipe and screw outlet and solid particles with bigger density will deposit on the inner wall of the drum due to the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation and be scraped off and pushed out the discharge port by screw blade doing relative motion with drum. Liquid with different density will form two liquid rings and flows out through two different outlets on the big end cover.
The relative motion between screw and drum is generated by deferential gear whose shell is connected with drum and output shaft is connected with screw. Main motor drives the drum rotating while auxiliary motor drives the rotation of input shaft of differential gear whose output shaft transfer torsion to screw according to certain speed ratio to realize the continuous material separation proceeded by centrifuge.
